SHANG XIA上下獨特的蛋殼漆工藝為針對胡桃木基底的外層經過精心處理後，精挑細選上等的鴨蛋殼悉心清潔，再細緻打磨，輕柔地將其按壓在胡桃木的基底上。

在經歷著循環不斷的上漆和打磨，繁複的工序最終呈現類似瓷器天然開片的冰裂紋效果。表面覆有青色蛋殼漆，仿傳統宋代官窯釉色，胎釉渾然一體，溫潤如玉般的手感與瓷磚相似的質感，彰顯出作品的細緻與藝術之美。

SHANG XIA's unique eggshell lacquer craftsmanship involves carefully treating the outer layer of walnut wood. High-quality duck eggshells are meticulously cleaned, finely polished, and gently pressed onto the walnut wood base.

After undergoing a continuous cycle of lacquering and polishing, the intricate process ultimately results in a crackled pattern effect resembling the natural crazing of porcelain. The surface is coated with blue eggshell lacquer, emulating the traditional Song Dynasty official kiln glaze color. The glaze and base are seamlessly integrated, providing a warm, jade-like texture similar to porcelain, highlighting the delicacy and artistic beauty of the artwork.
